Legendary American piano player/ composer Andrew Hill (June 30, 1931 – April 20, 2007) lived an active and fruitful life leaving us a legacy of unique, enigmatic music. Hill, however disappeared from the scene for about a decade in the late 60s. This album and its predecessor “Invitation” released in the mid 70’s paved his way back to the limelight he deserved.
