Anderson makes a long-awaited follow-up to his 2015 debut album Patterns with a collection of ten songs entitled Some Rain Must Fall which will be released on November 1st, available immediately for pre order. The announcement is accompanied by the immediate release of two preview tracks from the album: Pictures of You and The Artist, both of which are accompanied by new videos and out now! As Daniel Anderson explains: This album was a long time in the making, perhaps these songs offer clues as to why.

Some Rain Must Fall follows a long period of self-reflection and even a decision to entirely stop music-making. Im an electrician by trade, says Daniel Anderson. Thats what Im professionally qualified to do and what I worked as before I dedicated my life to music. Being a musician has taken up the majority of my adult life but Id always had a feeling of imposter syndrome with it. In the back of my head Id be thinking Im an electrician Im not supposed to be making art.
