Fantasies & Delusions is the 13th and final studio album by Billy Joel, originally released on October 2, 2001. It features Billy’s longtime friend pianist, Richard Hyung-ki Joo, performing compositions written by Billy himself.

Fantasies & Delusions was originally recorded at Cove City Sound Studios in New York, with help from veteran production coordinator Bill Zampino and Richie Cannata; later, the album was re-recorded in Vienna, Austria, for final release.
